Commercial law is that branch of private law that regulates the set of rules for traders in the exercise of their profession, to acts of trade legally qualified as such and legal relations arising from the carrying out of these.
Within the tax law we have several distinct branches:1. Constitution of capital, corporations, limited liability companies, cooperatives, labour.
2. Study, drafting and advice, commercial contracts.
3.-Assistance and defense of partners - participants and shareholders.
4. Statutory modifications.
5. Dissolutions and liquidations of venture capital.
6. States of insolvency.
