Juan Francisco specialises in corporate and personal taxation, resident and non-resident taxpayers, advisor to small and medium-sized enterprises with intervention to the tax administration. He has extensive experience in the planning of foreign investments in Spain, taking on the legal direction of tax litigation procedures. In addition, he has accredited performances before the civil and labour courts in matters of civil liability, leases, inheritance, quantity claims, labour relations, termination of contract, dismissals and substantial changes in working conditions.
